Emergency Response

Life-threatening emergencies can occur at any time and any place. With quicker response times and easier accessibility, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles will minimize the risk and give first responders the information they need to save lives in these dire situations. UAV technology will revolutionize the way we react to emergencies.

On April 30, 2014, a train carrying 14 oil tankers derailed alongside the James River in Lynchburg, VA. The situation posed a serious threat to clean-up crews. Lynchburg company East Coast Drones was able to use their aerial drone to take a look at the condition of the wreckage while first responders stayed a safe distance away.
